Yes. I've heard users already make those comparisions. Like I was saying, they these as email clients first and foremost. They don't talk on comparisons of public folders vs. Notes applications vs XYZ....

Google are already targeting Universities and the SMB market. With network speeds improving they will surely add extra functionality over time. They might even provide a GMail appliance for organisations that don't feel comfortable with having their mail at Google...who knows.
